During the up and down operation of an industrial door with a sliding track,the power to overcome the weight of the door panel is mainly balanced by the torsion spring force of the balance system.The motor only plays a part of the lifting force and limit function during the up and down operation traction.Therefore,the relationship between the design load frequency,balance force,and weight of the door panel of the torsion spring is crucial for the normal and safe operation of the door body.The industrial door torsion springs designed and manufactured by YOTOOLGDS Spring Factory are designed according to the manual opening effect when on-site installation conditions allow.The door body can be manually opened to any position and can remain balanced.

Design:

According to the size of the door body,the total weight of the door body,the number ofworking loads required by the customer(i.e.the fatigue number of the torsion spring),the opening and liting method,the model of wire wound wheel is selected,and the surrounding installation conditions are used for the most scientific and safe design.

The safest and most cost-effective design principle:Design a balance system that is safe and balanced,easy to open,uses the lightest material weight,has the lowest cost,and has the best effect according to customer requirements.

Texture of Material:

60Si2MnA oil quenched and tempered steel wire,65Mnoil quenched and tempered steel wire,or 82B high-strength spring steel wire.

Due to the frequent opening of industrial doors,the total weight of the door body is large,the lifting method is special,and the stress of the torsion spring changes frequently,so tensile strength is required for the material.High Elastic Limit,good toughness,uniform continuity,good tempering stability,smooth surface,commonly used  60Si2MnA oil quenched steel wire.

Heat Treatment:

A4-meter-long continuous conveyor mesh belt type electrically controlled tempering furnace adopts an imported Omron temperature controller and automatic control system,with high temperature control accuracy.The hot air mixing device ensures accurate and balanced furnace temperature,and the effect is good after heat treatment. 

Rust prevention treatment:

According to the steel wire material and customer requirements for anti-rust treatment,there are water film replacement anti-rust oil,hard fim anti-rust oil,cold plating blue white zinc,yellow zinc,surface shot blasting,electrophoresis,blackening,phosphating,spray painting,spray,dallol and other processes.

Torsion Test:12

There is a dedicated industrial door torsion spring testing device for torque testing.
Safety points for the use of industrial doors:
1.Safe and reliable design of the balance system.
2.Torsion spring fatigue fracture protection device.
3.Wire rope fracture protection device.
4.Lead aluminum alloy specialized steel rope buckle,stamping processing.
5.The diameter and length of zinc aluminum alloy winding wires are symmetrical on both sides.
6.Side mounted door opener,equipped with a buffered booster.
7.The installation requirements for industrial door guide rails and support rails are parallel and vertical.
8.Extra wide door body with external reinforcing ribs.
9.Quenching treatment of industrial door rollers.
10.On site installation requires that the torsion spring and steel wire rope can only be installed after all welding processesare completed,in order to prevent the torsion spring and steel wire rope from breaking under force due to contact with welding.

Installation method for industrial door torsion spring:

The lifting methods of industrial doors are divided into three types:upward slide lifting,fully verticalifting,and semi vertical liting.The installation of the torsion spring is as follows:

1.Upslide liting industral door:the installation method of the torsion spring is the same as that of the garage door on the upper slide. 

2.Fully vertical lifting industrial door:Because the torsion spring always bears the same weight of the door body,only by changing the size of the wheel diameter,that is,changing the torque size,can the torsion spring torque and the door weight be balanced,so tower  wheels need to be installed.

When installing the torsion spring of a fully verical lifting industrial door,it needs to be pre tightened.The length of the steel wire rope must be determined based on the tower wheel coil,ensuring that when the door body is opened to the top,the steel wire rope is fully  wound from the large circle to the small circle on the tower wheel.

3.Semi vertical lifting industrial door:It is necessary to install a half tower wheel to balance the torsion spring torque and door weight.   When lifting the door vertically,the tower wheel part of the half tower wheel is used,and when liting the sliding part of the door,the flat wheel part of the half tower wheel is used.

The torsion spring of the semi vertical lifting industrial door also needs to be pre tightened during installation.The winding method of   steel wire rope is as follows:the vertical part should first be wound from the large circle to the small ircle of the half tower wheel,and it should be fully wound.Then,the upper sliding part should continue to be wound on the flat wheel of the half tower wheel,and the    number of tums on the flat wheel should be determined based on the lifting height of the upper sliding part of the door body.
